This site is managed by CRUISELINE, located at 16 rue du gabian Les flots bleus MC 98 000 Monaco and benefits from an official government travel agency licence n° 006 020007 and an IATA certificate n° 202 465 02 allowing us to publish airline tickets.
CRUISELINE asks its customers for personal information such as:

1. name
2. email address
3. phone number
4. credit card number and expiration date (optional). This personal information is recorded on the order form.

Full contact details (name, e-mail address, telephone number) and banking information (credit card number and expiration date) must be provided. CRUISELINE uses this information to book the requested services, send confirmation and, if necessary, inform the client of any changes and modifications made to his travel plan. In the event of a problem during the processing of the order, this information is used to contact the customer. The telephone number is only used in urgent cases or if the contact details are incorrect. Encrypted banking information is only used to guarantee the availability and payment of the order. Personal information is kept as long as required by our legal obligations. They are also used to create generic information needed for commercial or market research. This generic information does not personally identify the customer.

INFORMATION SHARING

Information is shared with our bank and third parties involved.
a) When payment is made by credit card, we transmit the customer's bank details to our bank, which authorizes the transaction and makes the payment.
b) Personal information may be transmitted to booking agents and cruise lines for use in the manner described above. We undertake to transmit only the information necessary for the proper conduct of the user's cruise. It should be noted, however, that cruise lines may not be subject to the Data Protection Act.
c) With the exception of the two cases described above, personal information is not disclosed without the consent of the person, unless there is an emergency or a legal injunction.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

Our site is secured by a high-tech system that guarantees maximum security when paying by credit card.
The information relating to the credit card and its owner are protected throughout the transaction. Our Digital Certificate from THAWTE is proof that our site has passed rigorous security tests and that all credit card transactions follow the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption protocol. Our customers are assured that the information they send to CRUISELINE server cannot be intercepted or decrypted by anyone.

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

In accordance with law n° 1165 of 23/12/93 regulating the processing of personal information, each Internet user has a right of access, a right to rectify, complete, update and oppose personal data concerning him/her. As part of its affiliation program, CRUISELINE SAM collects the following data from potential affiliates: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone, information on the site in order to contact them. This information will be kept for the duration of the affiliation contract and as long as required by our legal obligations.
In addition, CRUISELINE collects the following information in its section dedicated to professionals: name of the company, types of cruises offered (maritime, inland waterway or rail), destinations served, name, address, e-mail, telephone, in order to be able to contact the companies wishing to work together. This data will be kept for the duration of the collaboration and as long as required by our legal obligations.
