Measuring roughly 1,099 ft in length, with a tonnage of about 151,000 GT and 19 passenger decks, AROYA can host up to 3,362 guests in 1,678 staterooms, served by more than 1,600 crew members. The ship has been entirely transformed into a true “Arabian resort” at sea, featuring décor inspired by Middle Eastern architecture, warm lighting effects, calligraphy, and Saudi artworks throughout the interior spaces. Designed as a genuine floating leisure park, AROYA offers an impressive variety of activities for guests of all ages. The ship features a large waterpark with five waterslides and a splash zone for younger children, a spacious family pool, and an adults-only pool with time slots exclusively for women. Children and teens have access to one of the largest kids’ clubs in the industry, covering nearly 20,451 sq. ft. and arranged into themed areas tailored to different age groups. In the evenings, guests can enjoy shows and concerts in a theater with roughly 1,000 seats, family-friendly performances, a virtual reality area, and several lounges evoking the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Arabian majlis.
Dining is at the heart of the AROYA experience. The ship offers about fifteen restaurants along with numerous cafés and lounges, bringing together international cuisine and flavors from the Middle East. Irth, the first Saudi restaurant at sea, highlights emblematic dishes of the Kingdom, from jareesh to saleeg, accompanied by traditional breads, Saudi coffee, and signature beverages. Nearby, a fish market inspired by the Red Sea, an Italian trattoria, an Asian restaurant with show-cooking, and large international buffets give every family the freedom to enjoy meals at their own pace. All dining venues are 100% halal, in an alcohol-free environment where sophisticated mocktails take the place of classic cocktails in the bars and lounges.
The staterooms and suites on AROYA have been designed as true retreats with sea views. The 1,678 accommodations include functional interior staterooms, oceanview staterooms, more than 1,000 balcony staterooms, and a selection of prestigious suites and villas within the exclusive Khuzama area. This private enclave consists of about 145 suites and villas with refined décor, butler service, priority boarding, access to a dedicated restaurant and lounge, and an upscale concierge service. Across all categories, guests enjoy high-quality bedding, smart storage solutions, modern amenities, and— in many categories— private balconies offering panoramic views of the Red Sea, the Gulf, or the Mediterranean.
AROYA places strong emphasis on well-being and on honoring the values of its guests. The ship features a vast spa and wellness center of more than 19,375 sq. ft., with a hammam, beauty treatments, medi-spa services, and a panoramic fitness center, along with dedicated times and areas exclusively for women (pool, spa, fitness room) and separate prayer rooms for men and women. From an environmental standpoint, AROYA Cruises aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy and the United Nations Global Compact, aiming to reduce carbon impact and protect marine ecosystems through modern energy and water management systems, full wastewater treatment, and a strict “zero discharge” policy at sea, consistent with the environmental standards of the Red Sea.
